Business communication isn’t about sounding confident. It’s about helping others see what you see.
Students will achieve an awareness & clear mental model for strategic communication, language that resonates with executives and stakeholders, a repeatable proposal and pitch structure & confidence in speaking with intention.

Aadhya K is an award winning design leader, mentor and facilitator. Aadhya is passionate about understanding people with empathy. She applies the fine art of designing delightful experiences to overcome biases and create a better world through applied design. Aadhya has designed and conducted various training and workshops, hands on research, ethnography, surveys, A/B tests, walk-a-mile, and presented stages of hypothesis and validated research data to key stakeholders and customers worldwide. She has created several international award winning new products and services that people addictively enjoy using. She holds design patents and has hands on experience working in Gen AI, web3 and new age community driven solutions. She is very passionate about Design Sprints, being trained by the Author himself and is a Google for Startups mentor, upskilling evangelist and a founder of Academy of Art Design and Strategy and the founding member of SHNORH Studio, San Francisco.
